The rules for using Niira’s website and services. By using Niira you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Who can use Niira

You must be 18 or older and in India. You must give us true and complete information about yourself and your health, and use Niira only for yourself.

3. Not for emergencies

Niira is not an emergency service. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital now.

4. What Niira does

Niira connects you with registered medical practitioners for care by telemedicine. The online assessment collects information for a doctor to read; it is not a diagnosis. Your doctor decides, using their own professional judgement, whether and how to treat you, and may ask you to see someone in person. How consultations work is set out in our Telemedicine policy.

5. Prescriptions and medicines

Prescriptions are issued only after a consultation with a registered medical practitioner, and only if the doctor thinks a medicine is right for you. A doctor may decline to prescribe. Medicines are supplied by a licensed pharmacy (partner pharmacy and its licence: to be added before launch). Take medicines only as prescribed, and tell your doctor about side effects.

6. Tests

Blood tests are collected at your home by a partner laboratory (partner laboratory: to be added before launch) and reviewed by a doctor. Results are information for your doctor; they are not a diagnosis on their own.

7. Payments and refunds

The assessment is free. We show you the price of anything before you pay for it. Prices, payment methods and refund rules: to be added before launch.

8. Better You

Better You shows an AI picture of how you might look with some changes. It is an illustration, not a medical prediction or a promise of results; real results depend on you and your plan. Each person gets one free picture. Take a photo only of yourself. How we handle your photo is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Using the site properly

Don’t misuse Niira: no false identities, no using it for someone else, no attempts to break, overload or copy the site automatically, and no unlawful use. We may refuse or stop service to anyone who does.

10. Our content

The site’s text, design, pictures and software belong to Niira Private Limited or its licensors. You may use them for your own care, not copy or reuse them for anything else without our permission.

11. Our responsibility

We take care to run Niira well, but the site is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Niira Private Limited is not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by information you gave us that was wrong or incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer or as a patient.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version in force when you use Niira applies.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are decided by the courts at city: to be added before launch. Before going to court, please contact our grievance officer so we can try to put things right.
