What Niira keeps about you, where, for how long, and why.

Who we are
Niira is run by Niira Private Limited. Registered address: to be added before launch.
Your assessment
When you complete the assessment we keep your answers and the details you give us: your name, age, sex, city, mobile number and email if you add one.
- Why: so a doctor can review your answers and arrange your consultation.
- Who can see it: only your clinician and Niira’s care team.
- Where: on Google Cloud in Mumbai, India, in storage no one can open from the internet.
Better You, the photo feature
Better You takes one photo of you and shows an AI picture of a better version of you. We keep:
- The photo you take, the picture our AI makes from it, and the result shown to you.
- The list of changes shown with your result.
- When it was made, and the version of this policy you agreed to.
- If you tap Share or Download: your name, your mobile number, and whether Niira may contact you about your results and care.
Why: to show you your picture again when you come back on the same device, and to give each person one free picture. If you give your number, to find your picture again and, if you start a plan, to arrange your consultation. We contact you about your results and care only if you tick the box that allows it.
Who makes the picture: your photo is sent to Google’s AI service (Gemini) to make it. Google does not use it to train its AI, and keeps it only for a limited time to detect misuse. Google may process it outside India.
Where: on Google Cloud in Mumbai, India, in private storage. The files have random names, and no one can open them from a link.
On your device: we keep a random picture ID in your browser (in its storage and in one cookie), so the site can show you your picture again. It contains no name or number. To stop more than a few pictures a day being made from one internet connection, we count pictures per connection; the internet address is scrambled (hashed) before it is counted, never stored, and the count is deleted after two days.

Who else sees it
Only Niira’s own systems and authorised Niira staff. We use Google Cloud to store data and Google’s AI to make Better You pictures. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a consent. Make a request. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, contact our grievance officer.
Better You is an AI illustration, not a medical assessment or a promise of results.
