Smoking or chewing. Nicotine replacement or a prescription tablet, plus coaching — together they roughly double your chances against willpower alone.
Nobody can shorten these. We’d rather you hear the real number now than in month four.
Week 0
Assessment, and a week of tracking your sleep, energy and mood before anything starts.
Week 2
First session with a psychiatrist. Medication only where it is indicated.
Week 6
Review. Dose changes, if any, happen here rather than by message.
Month 6
Full review, with a taper plan if you are ready to stop.
